I normally would never have picked up a book like this, but I remember liking Diane Farr from her stint on Loveline, so I thought, what the hell? It's a quick read, as its mostly just little quips and anecdotes based on the "collected wisdom" of the common female experience. Of course, as a female, I found that I've never used any of her "typical" vocabulary for describing guys and in a way, felt like the typical girl being described was more a stereotype of the single gal rather than someone I could relate to. Don't get me wrong, there are a couple of pages that made me chuckle. But overall, I was not impressed....less

I picked this one up on a whim, vaguely remembering Dunn from her years as a VJ on MTV2 (back when they still made an effort to show some freaking music videos). I ended up really enjoying her story of working her way up in journalism, as well as how she shared some of the more vulnerable and awkward moments in her life. Funny and a quick read, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an interesting memoir about someone who has quite a few interesting stories to share......less
