I haven't read this either, but I remember seeing an interview with her right after her accident and I was so impressed with how positive she was...she positively glowed with it and I think she is such an inspiration to girls everywhere who love surfing.

I liked this mystery, although I didn't like the characters. Does that make sense? I'm not a fan of books that make their characters appear stupid or uneducated and Callie Parrish is both, but the mystery itself was amusing. One warning- if you have a death phobia, skip this one as there's lots of talk of embalming and other procedures.
