This is a delightful book. At the beginning I felt so bad for Corduroy because the little girl didnt buy him but everything worked out for him in the end.I loved the way he kept saying what things were and how he had always wanted it. My favorite part of the book is when he says "You must be a friend, I've always wanted a friend."

This is such a fun book. There are so many adjectives throughout this book its almost unbelieveable. I loved that the fuzz created so many problems, it was so funny. I remember acting out this book in my theater class and even at 22 was still getting into the book. This book will be lots of fun to do with elementary age students!

This book is so great to show the differences in cultures. Because the main character wants to be like everyone else, she starts turning into what anybody says. She goes through several changes before she decides that she wants to be herself again.

First Day Jitters was such a cute story. This would be a great book to read on the first day of school. It shows your class that it doesnt matter how old you are for your first day of school to be scary. This book has a surprising ending that I really loved.

This book is an interesting and beautifully colored story that will tell the reader about all the different animals that live in the Amazon Rain Forest. While the main character sleeps next to a Kapok tree, the animals living in the tree beg him not to cut it down because it is their home.

This book was so much fun to read. The main character, Lola, hates to eat vegetables and refuses to do so. Her older brother decides to play a trick on her by naming the vegetables funny names. Instead of eating carrots, she is eating orange twiglets from Jupiter. There are several more vegetables in the book and you'll have to read it to learn the rest.
