Worth the read, but not shatteringly new or original. Seemed to me to be cobbled together - and that images or shock value is pulled out of the air. But - she did seem to get some important ideas into the story and perhaps give us a somewhat overarching idea of what could be in our future. It is a low 3 in my estimation, but I did want to finish it so there was something that kept me interested and questioning. However, the final scenes are definitely a let down for me.
