I get why these books are popular. They bring you along on a pretty fun ride. However, I had trouble shifting gears towards the end of this one. The shift in story and characters was a bit disconcerting, and I'm not sure I believed Bella's reaction. Kiki Strike is still a favorite at our house. Each of the girls on the "team" has something to contribute, and they fit together in spite of being misfits apart.
