LOL! I know! I'm a little selective in that I avoid eating pork, so it does crack me up when I see him (and other hardcore foodies) go nuts over things that I think, "yuck!" But at the same time, I admire the culinary adventures of it all. I wish I were a little more daring in what I eat (and maybe even the life I lead!). I liked this book a lot too. I almost put it down after the first chapter because the plot was so disturbing. I'm glad I hung in and read it through to the end. It was riveting and hard to put down. ]]>
