From the brilliant minds that brought you many of Henry Holt & Company's most timely book mailings, comes the new book club that an anonymous source at the New York Times calls "the most kickass thing ever invented...but if you're in it, don't tell anyone about it. They're sure to think you're a huge nerd."
The basic idea is to re-read the great childrens and YA classics that made you love books in the first place, e.g. The Giver, The Chocolate War, etc., but with a particular emphasis on anything controversial enough that some schools or library's have banned it to children (and/or adults) adults. 'Cause that's a cool twist. Bi-weekly Tuesday meetings in Madison Square Park. So if you're got book suggestion or group comment, throw it out there!...less
