This was the perfect read for me right now. A lot of what Kristin wrote about doesn't apply to me but I still enjoyed reading about it. And, she did inspire me to start doing some cross training to make my core stronger for long distance running. ...more

This is such a touchingly sad book. But it is also inspiring in the way that the author seems to be handling the death of his daughter. And, I always enjoy books with lots of literary references. Now I have to read his first book, Making Toast to ...more

I loved this sweet, wonderful book. The author did a great job of connecting the story with the Russian myth of the Snow Child.
