it's true!! I bought The Black Companyall three books as one book and it intimidated me ta page ~600!! i couldn't go further so i borrowed my friend single copies and finished that way. So much for trying to save shelf space and money. Also I like to finish about 1 book a week. so i like to keep the book lengths that i read under 500 pages so i can feel like i accomplish things.

Wow, what can I say. It was a great book. but now let me clarify. This book was written in Frank Herbert's world of Dune. It was truly nothing like the writing his series. Never the less in it's own right it was a great book. Picking up where frank left off it was a culmination of both the prequels as well as the series itself.
