This was a very interesting and pretty exciting book. It is another one of those that makes you think about humanity and how one's surroundings can deeply affect them.

I will admit that I was a little confused about the fact that the very young kids were wise far beyond their years. I don't know if I missed something about their genetic makeup or anything, but even when Ender was 6 years old, he thought as if he had the experience of a 60-year-old.

This was a fun book that had an interesting idea behind it. J. Scott Savage created a whole different world with magic and talking plants, animals, and "elements." Since I started teaching I have tried to stay away from this type of serious high fantasy since it is becoming more hard to find kids who like this type of fantasy to recommend it to... but it kept my interest enough that I would probably read the other books in the series as they are released.

I LOVED this book! I don't know what it is about this series that keeps me so riveted! I have to admit, the first half was a little bit slow ... but when it picked up ... WOW! It is so intense! If you are starting it and are having to force yourself to read it because the politics are boring you ... keep reading! I promise!

This series is so much more than kids killing kids. I have such a hard time selling the idea of this series to most people when I am recommending it. ("Why would I want to read about kids killing kids? That sounds awful!") I really like the thoughts ideas about government and civilization that are brought out in these books.

This may seem off the subject, but when comparing this to Twilight, I REALLY like Katniss so much better than Bella as the leading lady of the story. She has two guys to decide between, but she is drawn to them for completely different reasons. I honestly feel bad for her having to sort out her feelings for the guys.

I only wish that the next one had a release date already! I can't wait to see what happens next!

I loved all of these books! This one really brought the series to a good meeting point with J.M. Barrie's story. The story is very imaginative, fun, and is a very fast read. All of the books in this series are hard to put down! My only problem with it was the fact that there are some elements in the story that don't completely fit with some of the things that happened in the first book: Peter and the Starcatchers. Most people would probably overlook it, but if you reread it, it can be kind of annoying.

This series is so much fun! It is great reading about Peter Pan before the well known story with Wendy Darling. I liked the first book from the series (Peter and the Starcatchers) better than this one... but I still thought it was interesting, attention grabbing, and fun to read! I would definitely recommend it!
