I am amazed that the editor of this book let it be published in this form. It's more of a detailed outline than a book. The chapters are almost all about 3 pages long; the longest is maybe 5 pages long. Since each 3 page chapter is about a different topic, nothing in the whole book is explored in depth or analyzed. Nor is there a sense of direction. It is by far one of the worst books I've ever read. ...less
