I needed a light-hearted read to take with me on my trip to WV for my mom's memorial service. Thanks Jess for recommending this one. It's not the best written book I've ever read, and I found some of the stories just ho-hum, but I did laugh out loud on several occasions, and it was just what I needed at the time. Well, this is a disturbing read. I figured out who dunnit pretty quickly, but had to keep reading to see how the narrator would fare. It's hard to believe any family could be this dysfunctional. And even more difficult to believe that the perp was who it was (not to give anything away). I don't think this perp could have done the things described in the book -- or that no one would have squealed. Anyway....um...disturbing. ]]>
