Okay, I actually enjoyed a vast majority of this book. Of course, Bella with her self loathing and Edward with his obsessive over protection of Bella, it gets annoying. I was pretty impressed with the twist with the baby, though she kind of gave it away very early in the story. I think that it would have been better to have described immortal children in an earlier book or after we find out about the pregnancy. But I must say, I loved the section of the book from Jacob’s perspective. I wish that she would write some books about the tribe, sure she can include the Cullen’s (she would have to with the connection to Jacob now) but I love the way that she writes Jacob. My only problem with the entire book was the ending. It was just so anti-climatic. I expected so much, and there was nothing. She did however leave PLENTY of openings for future books and story lines. Looking forward to see what she comes up with next.

Check out this review, though I agree with some, and disagree with some, it is a great review.
http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/302...

*Let me start this review off with a side note. When it comes to Kevin Smith, I don’t exactly idolize him; however I do hold him in very high regard. I love his movies, yes even Jersey Girl, and find him to be one of the funniest people alive. I think he would be the type of guy, that if I ever get to make movies that I would want to hang out with. So with that being said, please take my review in perspective because it will have a slant.*
Being a huge fan of Kevin Smith, his movies, his acting, and his Evening With specials, I had to buy this book. I was not disappointed. Though most of the best stories I have heard before thanks to his Evening With, reading the extra little details just added to my appreciation to them. The one piece that I think should get extra attention is the part Me and My Shadow, where he describes Jason Mewes battle of drug addiction.
The multi-part story Me and My Shadow in and of itself is worthy of is own separate book in my opinion. Though most of the book was extremely candid in the life of Kevin, this story was vivid and touching. It told of the affect of drug addiction on the individual as well as those who love them. It is a touching story that is a good read for even those who are not Silent Bob fans.
The rest of the book gives some insight into Kevin’s life, and keeps you laughing. I gave it 5 stars for obvious reasons, but really enjoyed it. I read it while flying to and from home for my vacation from working in Iraq. I recommend the book to anyone who is a fan of Kevin Smith and to those who enjoy a funny read.
Okay, for starters, I will TRY not to allow my political views to skew this review. This book makes very good points both for and against both Democrats and Republicans. The arguments portrayed in this book, illustrates the many weaknesses that have become full out problems plaguing both parties, and the country as a whole. It also touches on many touchy subjects in truth rather than the political correctness that we are used to; race, poverty, Islamic Extremism, and the severe hate that each political party feels towards each other. Not only does he point out the problems, but Goldberg throws in his idea of how to fix things. Though his ideas are too extreme for the real world right now (though not all that farfetched) it is refreshing to have someone not only point out the problems, but propose solutions. Regardless if you are Republican or Democrat, Black or White, Rich or Poor, this is a good read and might open your eyes to things that some people know, and others are too blind/fearful to see.
