I wasn't sure at first I was going to enjoy this book. I don't always love books that utilize dialogue--I think that is really hard to get right. As I stuck with it, though, I really feel like the novel took off. I loved the characters, the plot was realistic, and I enjoyed pretty much everything about it. I ended up being sad when it ended, but enjoyed that there was a brief biography/conversation about the author, her life experience, and why she wrote the book. I really look forward to her next work.

Chick lit is chick lit. I liked this one though, except for the unrealistic ending. Good story, good characters, interesting plot. Hannah is a solid author in this genre and this is fairly consistent with her other works.
