Shannon, that is also my experience. Therefore I decided to go in this direction. Normally I read between 5 and 7 books per month. Beginning with January I will read two series constantly which means one book per month. I think this will help to avoid to forget too much. Now I need to decide which other series I will read beside the Malazan Empire... Fortunately there is still some time to decide....

Miriam, most people addicted to books have space problems :-) I fully understand your friend. I live in Germany but I read most of the books in English. But it is nearly impossible to get books in English from our library.
