I just finished Snow Flower and the Secret Fan A Novel by Lisa See. Honestly, Lisa See has become my newest favorite author. I gave this book 5 stars as I did with Shanghai Girls A Novel, Lisa See's newest book.
The Chinese culture is absolutely fascinating to me, and the stories are compelling. I'm so excited to know that a sequel to Shanghai Girls is in the works!

If I could give this book 10 stars, I would. I absolutely loved it! I learned so much about Chinese culture during the 1930s through the 1950s. What a special story about sisters and also mothers & daughters.
I highly recommend this book. In fact, I enjoyed this book so much, that I ordered 3 more books by Lisa See on Amazon and am anxiously awaiting their arrival, so that I can get back to "digging to China"!
