They have multiple book sizes to pick from and inside page colors to pick from.
You get to set your list price and the site very clearly tells you how much money you'll make on each book sale. If you upgrade to their "Pro" plan you get a larger percentage of each sale. I decided to do that. It was only $40.

Once you clear the book for sale, it's available immediately on your CreateSpace e-store page and becomes available on Amazon proper in about 2 weeks. You get a larger piece of the pie by selling through your e-store. You can also enter routing info for your bank so your royalties are deposited right into your account. You also have to enter W-9 info for tax purposes.

Overall, I'm pretty happy. The quality of the book is really good. It looks just like any paperback you would get in a bookstore. You have to do all the marketing yourself, but that's becoming true of lots of publishers these days, anyway. It's by far the least expensive POD service I've found.

Making the book available for Kindle was a bit trickier because you have to turn your novel into an html file, but they have pretty good support on the site to help you through it. Making the book available on Kindle was absolutely free.
