The "Bad Girl's" series rocks!!!!!!!

To kill a mockingbird was the best book I read for school reading. My teachers (in 6th-8th grade) always picked something that a pre-adolescent wouldn't appreciate except when we did To Kill a Mockingbird.
Mockingbird and Catcher are pretty safe choices. You should recommend something more obscure. :-)
