This book was not Chuck Klosterman's best effort. It is written as a collection of essays, trying to to draw irreverent (and admittedly useless) connections between Kurt Cobain and Waco. The book is written as a collection of short, numbered essays. There are 4-6 related essays, then the author moves on to a completely different topic.

I'll admit that this book had some high points, Klosterman is very skilled at achieving dry humor in text. Overall, the book reads as list of ramblings and leaps of 'logic' that are reminiscent of a drunken ramble.

I don't really have much to say for a review. I love Charlaine Harris, and am incredibly sad that this series is coming to an end. I am happy that she spoke to the lives of the main characters after the series has ended. She also concluded the subplot for all the books - Harper and Tolliver's sister, and her disappearance.

I would just like to say that the ending for her sister somehow seemed wrong. Perhaps I'm just too much of an optimist, or I haven't read enough true crime lately, but I? didn't find the ending to be plausible. ]]>
