The thing that is kind of odd about the book is that Caroline will say "Next, I'm going to show you how to..." but then you find you're reading a lot of case studies and not really learning how to do anything. If you like reading case studies, there are a tremendous amount of them in this book. I had read an excerpt of this book online (chapter 8, I think) and was fascinated by the explanation of the healing process of cells and the transition process. I also began to more fully understand why some diets seem to work--short term, but fail long term.
