[close] Laurie Sheppard is a Master Certified Life Coach who has been a professional life coach since 1994. Since that time she has helped thousands of clients on life planning, career development, and making transitions.

Her clients are professional and entrepreneurial women seeking change and development. Her philosophy is to assist clients in first understanding where they currently are and then build a bridge to move forward to where they want to be. One of Laurie's primary specialties as a coach is assisting women to sustain their personal renewal by effectively integrating their personal and career goals.

Laurie developed her company, Creating At Will®, in 1994. Prior to starting her own company, Laurie spent over a decade in both management and administrative positions for major corporations and legal firms. During this period she also worked a project manager with the Los Angeles Youth At Risk Foundation where she implemented programs to help at-risk youth.
The mission of Creating At Will is to assist women to achieve their desired results and maximize their potential while living balanced lives. To achieve this mission she offers programs that create "well-rounded" solutions for addressing new challenges and changes. They range from one-on-one coaching for individuals, to workshops, presentations and retreats for business groups.
Laurie balances her professional life with reading, exercising at the gym, taking long walks with her husband, and spending time with her family and friends. Laurie lives in Los Angeles.
