Liked it but had a few mixed emotions about Mortensen. Fantastic guy with a big heart, giving, didn't give up, loved those he served, gave everything he had. I couldn't help but wonder about his family back home though. I love reading about the life experiences of others and really enjoyed this book. The author was 96 when it was published! I felt frustrated and wished things would have turned out different at times but thats the reality of life I guess. ...less
