I do love gardening and yard work. Perhaps because of growing up in th country. Just always had some kind of one or the other to do.
The person below me prefers outdoors to indoors.
No but will from time to time. Always willing to join in for a good cause (went to a pet rescue benefit charity dinner 3 weeks ago--and yes likely will buy a new pet dog from them)
Oh and Jessica I love rainy days! Takes me back to when I was a little girl in rainy Midwest.

Actually, I hate Dickens so probably this was true when forced to read it. (With apologies to the Dickensonians out there.)The person below me lives/has lived in Australia.

Well, not still but already. Here it's 11:19 PM. :DThe person below me has been too busy to read as much as they would have liked this past week.
I've never heard of banned books week. Is that an American thing? The person below me has been to Paris, Rome, Madrid or London.
Indeed... don't give a damn about American football but no, I don't really like Soccer either (the son plays basketball! great sport!). I become a fan every four years for the world cup.I root first for the US. When they are eliminated I root for Ireland. When they are eliminated I root for Italy and about 50% of the time I can cheer in the final!
The person below me is planning to participate in banned books week.

As a matter of fact, both my favorite college teams won - The University of Wisconsin Badgers and the Stanford University Cardinal. To make me even happier USC was upset by the University of Washington. Two of my favorite teams are whomever is playing USC and Ohio State.
The person below me could give a damn about American football but does like Soccer.

Does a retired computer techy count? I retired as a software engineer in 1999 to try my hand at fiction writing, eventually settling on mysteries. Now I say I "kill people for fun and profit", which is a lot more fun than maintaining databases, the last SE job I had before retiring.
Hum which team should I chose. USC,UCLA or Ohio State. None of them . Don't like football.
Will I be banned from Goodreads because I don't like football? hehe.
The person below me is a computer techy
Loud and proud to have served my country
