999233 I'm not really reading anything absolutely amazing right now....but I do have a book that is waiting for me at the library. I am so thrilled that it finally came in. It is The Hunger Chronicles by Suzanne Collins. I will start reading it the moment I lay hands on it.

1566203 Oh, good for you! You sound really nice! I finished Skybreaker; it was fabulous, I am going to write a review about it as soon as I can! I have saved up for a long time now, and I am going to go to Barns & Nobel A.S.A.P to buy The Battle of the Labyrinth, book four in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians sereis!!
Have you ever read those? The author is Rick Riordan.

1566203 OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO the Hunger Chronicles sound cool!!!!

Nophoto-f-25x33 At the moment, I'm reading the last book in the Bloody Jack by LA Meyers series. It's a great read! A lot of adventure. I was also reading the Mob Princess books for their cheesiness.

Twilight is next on my list!

1566203 I am not alowwed to read Twilight. :(

1566203 ooo sounds cool!

1934831 Finished Sovay and I am now reading The Dark Hills Divide by Patrick Carman (The Land of Elyon Book 1) Sovay was not one of my favorites.

1566203 I LOVE THE LAND OF ELYON BOOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

message 11: by Snorkle, YA enthusiast (new)

999233 I guess I'm such a big fan of Suzanne Collins that I can't even spell her books right....so above there, it is The Hunger GAMES instead of chronicles, that might be the series title....hehheh...whoops.
The Land of Elyon books were a good series, I liked them. They are fantasy/adventure type books. The first book is about a young girl who has lived behind walls all her life and takes the plunge to find out what is really out there.

message 12: by Janeen-san (new)

1566203 Yes, you should seriously read it! I love the stye of writing.....I really like Yipes, he is awsome! (Good overview of the first book, Snorkle!)

message 13: by Snorkle, YA enthusiast (new)

999233 Oh My Goodness! I JUST finished reading The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins! It was amazing! If you are a fan of fantasy/sci-fi and love spunky heroines then you should definitely check out this book.
It's kind of like Uglies meets Ender's Game meets The Giver meets The Wind Singer...

message 14: by Janeen-san (new)

1566203 Good for you! Right a review about it so we can read it!

It's a really dark, Gothic-type thriller. Very atmospheric. It's a great book to curl up with if it's raining outside!
