I've been avoiding posting here because the idea of it overwhelms me, but I'm also a list nerd. I really love making lists... is that weird? ;) Mix that with my love of music and the playlist function on iTunes has become my best friend.

So I'm gonna try. Like Christel, it's going to take me awhile.

it was ok but I do agree they were awful slow at times. I have the same problem with Noah of the Nightwalkers series. I just cannot get into that book at all.

Christel, did you like Debbie Macomber's Heart of Texas series? I really like the Buffalo Valley one and Midnight Sons, but I've started the Heart of Texas series and it's dragging for me. Book one was okay but I wish she'd have done more with the ghost town. I'm in book 2 and just not motivated to pick it up to finish it but can't go on to the next book until I finished this one. (I have all 8 in the series on my March challenge lists).

I've discovered quite a few books I have are in a series because when I was entering my books into goodreads it would say (book 2 of xxx series). Of course, if you don't know what order they're in, you can't list that.

If I do that though, I'll be faced with the dilemma of whether or not to denote their place in the series and which criteria to use. I hate it when there aren't hard and fast rules.

Wow...that series is a toughie...

Cordelia's Honor is an omnibus, meaning a reprint of two books, Shards of Honor and Barrayar. Fantasticfiction marks these two books as the only books in a Cordelia Naismith series.

However, if you visit the author's website, it puts the books as part of the Vorkosigan series. They have a chronology list based on the internal events of the series, not necessarily matching the publication dates...I guess you have a choice if you want to read it in the order it was published or based on the internal chronology of the storyline.
