I'm about half finished reading Born to Run A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen. It's quite interesting, actually! ^^

I"ve finally got around to reading Blackwater by Jeremy Scahill. WOW! What a scary situation we are in with this group! Good job Jeremy - I can hardly put the book down.

I finished reading When You Are Engulfed in Flames and just started to read The Guinea Pig Diaries My Life as an Experiment today.

That is still on my list--thanks for the update :-) Currently, I am reading Finding Flow The Psychology of Engagement with Everyday Life, and part of the discussion is related to some of the tenets of Unreason: he discusses the "bread and circuses" policies of the Roman empire and how mindless entertainment has replaced mindful leisure, or bettering ourselves. I would really like to see John Steward interview Jenny McCarthy about her work on autism. Her second newest book, Mother Warriors: A Nation of Parents Healing Autism Against All Odds, is a very powerful read, it takes a person's breath away. There is a lot of controversy surrounding her work, manly from Orthodox ideas in the medical establishment, but it is really something interesting. As a new parent, this book has profoundly influenced me, and millions of other Americans and those around the world. I recommend this book to others. Some people may refuse to believe some of the findings presenting in the book because they have great faith in the medical community, but it all depends on a person's background. Its a very hot book.
