OK! Thanks so much!
You are welcome to do it Lyndsey! We haven't chosen the book yet so you may change your mind once we do... we will chose the book at the end of December. If you have any questions on how to lead a discussion let me know. I always read along (so long as I can get the book in time) and I always help out. I will post a message here again at the end of December when the book is chosen to make sure you want to be the discussion leader for that particular book.

Hey Angie! I would really like to lead a book discussion! I love to here others opinions on books! Can I lead the discussion for February? Tell me the options and I'll go ahead and read all of them! I understand if you want to get someone more experienced. Just thought I'd ask!
I see that it looks as though Princess Academy will win January's book selection so can I become discussion Leader? Thought I would put my bid in early before anyone else did,Lol.*I have already read the book.

Hi Angie, do you still need a discussion leader for Wildwood Dancing?
Lia, To be a discussion leader it is best/easiest if the leader has already read the book or if they can at least finish the book toward the beginning of the month the group reads it, at the latest.
Also, you can take a look at some of the previous book discussions in this group and get an idea of what kinds of messages to encourage discussion that previous discussion leaders have posted.
Lia, Go to the group's home page. Scroll down a bit. When it says all new unread, click on new. Using the scroll down menu select the folder and choose the Shiver folder (http://www.goodreads.com/topic/group_fol...)(you can click on the select new topic from this folder page too) and then in the box start talking about the book and post your message. In the topic heading title list the book's name and say there will be spoilers if there will be so members know that. Or go to a thread, and post a reply in the comment box after you've read the messages already posted in the thread.
I think that's right. Moderators or other members, correct if I've given some bad advice.
Hi guys! In this topic I will be looking for group discussion leaders for upcoming books. It is a big help to me when someone leads the discussion (I will always help you too). I will list the books that need leaders. Below are some resources for the novice group leaders.
When a book is posted it will be first come, first serve. Afterward I will delete the posts that relate to it to keep this thread clean.
