@Mariah: Bonjour,je vous recommande un roman Metroland .C'est à propos d'un garcon qui toujours voudrais être français et aussi beaucoup de choses en plus.C'est très drôle un peu comme J.D. Salinger The Catcher in the Rye and Other Works mais si différent au même temps.Écrit par le même auteur je recommande de lire Flaubert's Parrot,qui décrit la vie de Gustave Flaubert avec un style très intéressant. There's a VERY funny and affectionate nonfiction "portrait" of the French called Talk to the Snail, Ten commandmants for understanding the French, by Stephen Clarke, I HIGHLY recommend it.
Bonjour, nouvelle dans ce groupe et le site aussi d'ailleurs. Je suis francaise et j'habite en Irlande. Je voulais just recommander un livre, La petite fille de Monsieur Linh, de Philipe Claudel. Epatant, emouvant et j'en passe. Une histoire superbe qui vous tient en haleine jusqu'a la fin. Partagez votre opinion sur ce roman si vous l'avez deja lu! Merci et a bientot.
Bonjour! Je suis nouvelle à cette groupe, et j'essaie à ecrire meilleur - je juis americaine aussi. Desole si je me trompe. Vous interessez au sujet de la culture française? J'ai lu recemment Sixty Million Frenchmen Can't Be Wrong par Jean-Benoit Nadeau. C'est très intéressant.
