Trevor (thatTrev) | 1713 comments I think I'm going to have to give up on a few challenges! :( I just can't think of books to read for them.

Here's what I'm not going to finish:
I Spy
Subgenre

Here's what I'm carrying on into next year:
Listopia

Lilac | 686 comments I don't think I will finish I Spy either. There are just no books I want to read that fit into my remaining 2 categories.

What do you think about Doctor Who books? I haven't read any, and my future husband is pretty reluctant to adding them to our bookshelf. But if they come with a good reference, I'm willing to add some Star Wars novels to even out my future husband.

I love them, and really want to read some more long ones. I would definitely start with the large novels (the two I've read are Doctor Who: Prisoner of the Daleks and Doctor Who: Touched By An Angel) and skip the quick reads. They were good and short, but it just wasn't enough room to build a good story. Although the most reason "quick read", The Angel's Kiss: A Melody Malone Mystery, was very good in my opinion.

Also, turn that man into a Doctor Who fan NOW! haha. ;) I haven't read any Star Wars novels. Are they any good?

Okay good. I'm going to start indulging myself in my doctor who fandom.
As for the future husband, he is just reluctant to like it. But I'm sure he has a secret love for it that he doesn't want to tell me.
I personally haven't read any of the Star Wars novels, but I see them regularly at my local comic shop.

I see them all the time at work, but never picked any up. They just don't interest me the way Star Trek and Doctor Who books interest me. I'm clearly on the Star Trek side of the SW vs ST fight. lol

I wonder if my future husband doesn't like Doctor Who because he falls on the side of Star Wars and Star Trek in the Star Wars vs Star Trek fight. His heart doesn't have room for any more sci-fi to love.

Trevor (thatTrev) | 1713 comments haha, perhaps. ;)

haha! yeah, 2012 was a busy year! I'm slowing down in 2013. I will probably not complete more challenges than I do but it's just so fun to try. :D
