Katherine Ellis This book has been so disappointing. It is so repetitive, the same circumstances occurring over and over, just changing the victims for each apparition. I have read 300 pages and I don't know if I can finish it. I have LOVED every other book Koontz has written. If he has truly changed his style, he needs now, to improve on it.

Nora aka Diva I loved this book.

Renee I agree with katherine, ususally Love Koontz but didn't like this one.

Lee Goff Agree with Kyle....I am also a huge fan of Koontz, but this book lacked some of the most endearing qualities found in his others...He did not give us the wisdom quotes, the ones that come from the internal processing he is so good at relating...Like Stephen King, Koontz, on the outside, seems like a horror writer...but in reality, both King and Koontz write not so much about horror, but how people respond to the horror. Which in turn, shows us much about ourselves....

Nora aka Diva Koontz doesn't consider himself a horror novelist.
