“A cruel story runs on wheels, and every hand oils the wheels as they run.”
Gossip can cause scars that are hard to heal.

Seven years earlier Rosalee Timmons leaves home to attend college and to escape the torments and hurts from the others she went to school with.

Now she has returned, opened her own catering business, and hopefully, the scars still on her heart will not re-surface.

When she runs into Kade Sinclair, does he remember her? Will he remember how he tormented her.

Kade falls for her right away , but “Lee” as she now calls herself wants nothing to do with him. How can she forget the past.

Can she forgive him and others? Will the old scars heal? Did she make a mistake moving back home?

This is a great little fast read, that is truly delightful, and can be read through a lunch hour, with a feel good ending. Even great for a teenager ,as there is a lesson to be learned how words wrongly used can damage the soul and heart of another.

“No author dislikes to be edited as much as he dislikes not to be published. “
To all inspiring authors, do not give up hope…”Dreams Do Come True”

Cassie Teague, has had some many rejections from editors, she is beginning to wonder if God is leading her away from writing and has other things planned for her. Maybe she should just give it up after the latest rejection from the publishing company, Turnip Press.

Her best friend Gayle lets her know plain and simple, You wanted to be a writer, you will be a writer. As the saying goes ”If at first you don’t succeed, try try again.”

Who should arrive on the scene but David, an editor for the publishing company. Can he get her book published? Or is he just stringing her along? Is this the man God has in mind for her, or is she dreaming again.

As I read this book what comes to my mind, that no matter what a person has to have faith that God knows what he is doing and if its meant to be then the plans will turn out for the best.

This is a great novelette that can be read in a short time. Great for a 15 minute relaxing break.

The hardest part is,who does God have planned for her? Or does he want her to go back and take his message back to her home country? Time is running out. Will she become a wife in name only to Stuart, just to keep from returning home? Does Chad really care for her?

This is a excellent short read, that teaches us, that no matter what as long as we have faith in God and obey him, he will guide out paths even if we do not understand at the time

Prologue:

Amanda never cursed, but if she did, today would be the day.
Huge black rain clouds hung low over the top of Mount Mansfield and sheets
of rain streamed down the windshield of her old Ford pickup. The wipers squeaked in protest as the black rubber half bounced, half swished back and forth. She
reached to turn up the radio and accidentally brushed the top of the coffee cup in the middle console. It tipped precariously, splashing hot liquid onto her hand. Incredible! Amanda fought to right the mug as her wristwatch beeped. Easy to clean-up the spilled coffee, but she was ten minutes late for her meeting with the superintendent. Not so easy to fix that. Amanda steered the truck into the first space she saw in the parking lot and then reached under the worn leather bench seat for her umbrella. After forcing open the creaking door,
she leapt from the cab into an ankle-deep puddle.
Can anything else go wrong?
As if cued by her thought, a gray sedan sped past and sprayed mud from her toes to her hips, covering her new suit! Tears of frustration stung her eyes, but she blinked them back. By the time she cleaned up, she’d be later still for the meeting.

Amanda Manning, Teacher to a class of Special Needs Children has just been informed that her class for the next year has been increased to 22 children. That seems more than she can handle. Is she up to another year of this or is it time to give up teaching and do something different; like working in a ice cream store full time.
The Supervisor has plans for an assistant to the class if they can get a budget to work, otherwise she is on her own with more children.

Help arrives at the beginning of the school year; in the form of assistant Tracy Atkins. This is going to work out just fine…..or is it. First off Tracy is a man, not what she expected, Tracy drives a gray sedan.
And to top it off she met him earlier that summer in the Ice Cream Parlor. One thing good about the whole situation he is a Christian.

The match making begins. Seems everyone but Amanda thinks they are a perfect match.
Is this what God has in her plans? Are they meant to be together? What does she know about it? She lost her heart once, she is not prepared to do it again.

If your looking for a quick afternoon read with a wonderful story line then I highly recommend this book. An excellent read with high praise for the author.

First this story is fictional, based on a true story. But as one is reading ; it is hard to distinguish where fiction leaves off and truth takes over.

It took me a little bit to get into the story line, but once I did, it was a very moving story , one that tugged at the heart strings, and left you with deep feelings for the couples in the story

Once in a person life there seems to be that one special person, one that enters your life and you both have a deep love for each other.

Tom has been going through a matchmaking service in Russia. He is a veteran firefighter, divorced with children of his own.
He meets Lyubov and after communicating back and forth over a couse of several month, Tom travels to Russia to meet Lyubov and her son Sasha.

It seems that they both have fallen in love with each other and Lyubov accepts his proposal of marriage.

Just as fate has brought Tom and Lyubov together, circumstances soon begin to pull them apart. For unknown reasons , Lyubov suddenly stops writing to Tom and she cuts off communication with him, Tom is still so in love that he is not about to give up with out a explanation and pursues Lyubov, determined to discover why she no longer chooses to be with him …. and what he is about to find out not only will test his love for her , but also his faith, and keep their relationship together. In the wake of the disturbing news, is Tom’s love for Lyubov strong enough to combat even the most daunting of challenges.

Goodbye Kiev, is a touching story written from the heart, one that will all should look at our own lives and wonder if our love for our husband or wife or fiancé, is strong enough to test the troubled waters of life. We never know when they will be gone from us before we know it.

A excellent read.

Come along on the newest adventure of Hamish Macbeth,, constable of the Scottish town of Lochdubh.

Returning from a vacation,Hamish senses a dark cloud hanging over the town.

Seems there is a new resident moved into town by the name of Catriona Beldame, better though of by the towns people as a witch. Seems the men of the town have been quite visitors of hers. And the wives and women of the town are getting a little outraged. Seems she has a little potion all these men are buying, But as usual , you do not get what you bargin for. And there seems to be those who threaten to do away with her.

Well as it happens, she is murdered, but to top it off there are 3 more women murdered afterwards.
Are they all connected somehow?…… Did the other women know what happened or her the murderer is?…..

There are many suspects, and through out the story, there really are not many clues to who it could be. The author keeps you guessing till the end.

This is my first reading of books by this author, but she has really intrigued me with this book and I will be finding more of her books. There is quite a out of the Hamish Macbeth books written.

Beings this takes place in Scotland, you do have quite a bit of the written book as the Scottish would pronounce their words, which I find kind intriguing to read.

I think its a great Cozy Mystery.

As the triangle continues, the court nullifies, Tristan and Sophie’s marriage. Tristan vows to get his wife back. Garrett threatens him……………..Three raise together, friends from their youth, now at battle with each other, with Sophie in the middle and her daughter…………

Sophie must choose who she wants. She loves Tristan………. She is still in love with Garrett. How can she love them both?….her choice will ultimately destroy one of them.

As the suspense deepens, , who is this mysterious Mr. Fisk who supposedly found Garrett alive…….Who is the Dr. that is trying to heal Garrett’s mind from the nightmares he has of the war.? What are these two planning to do??? What kind of medicine is he treating him with? Can Sophie make him see what they are doing to him???????

When I first read the title of this book, I figured it would be quite Spicy, but I was quite surprised. There are just a couple parts that are a little erotic, but nothing major. Really the title is a little misleading. Once I got started on the book it was very hard to put down as I had to see what was going to happen next. It is a page turner right to the very end.

If this book is any indication of the Authors historical novels, I will look forward to reading other books she has written.

I look forward to catching up with you very soon. You and Angela and I have so much to discuss. How would you like to get into the film business? Just one performance. Your last.

Conrad

This is a great fast paced thriller that will keep you attention right from the beginning.
I can picture a sequel to this book.

As I started to read this novel, I soon come to the realization that this is not a book for someone looking for a afternoon cozy read. Although the book is fiction, you can view it as what is going on in the world today. True life situations

You will be taking a trip through the life of a sixteen year olds world of Drugs, Sex, Murder and Cult Worshipers

If you like to read about the true aspects of what the world is like today, then yes I recommend this book. One to be read with a open mind The author does not make the story line sweet and innocent. In this short story you will learn that its still about family
What would one do to keep their family together. What would you do in a situation like this if it was your family.
