86285 Yes it does need a leader. Sometimes when there is no leader anyone in the group will help out and throw in some discussion topics.

899665 I hesitate to volunteer as a discussion leader as I'm usually working 12-15 hour days. So, I'll lurk for now and hope someone else volunteers. :)

I did snag His Majesty's Dragon by Naomi Novik via BookMooch this week, so I will at least have it in my hands by this weekend. The Road by Cormac McCarthy will have to come from the library or Amazon. I have more researching to do. :)
