603238 For all Goodreads members:
Goodreads is interviewing Malcolm Gladwell, author of The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference and Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking, for our December newsletter, so we thought we'd check to see what our members would like to ask him! Post your question here, and we'll choose a few member questions to ask in the interview. Feel free to ask about the new book, Outliers, or past books, or anything you can think of!

170093 He says his new book, Outliers, "is about people who achieve over and above what is expected."

I'd ask him, "what does it take to become one of these super-achievers?"

Congratulations on a great interview.

81317 Richard Posner, the famous judge, author and lawyer professor, has written a criticism of Gladwell's Blink. If I was interviewing Gladwell I'd take a look at Posner's critique and then ask Gladwell a few questions based on it.

Nophoto-u-25x33 I liked both Blink and Tipping Point. I especially liked the clever real-life examples MG used to demonstrate his points. How does he find these examples for his books?

1731373 I am reading the Tipping Point and I wonder how he finds the examples he uses too. Although I just started the Tipping Point, does he differentiate between systemic change and "change" in general?
