625114 I was incredibly excited about this, I found that a lot of people in this book are people that live down the street from me. Fun.

Nophoto-f-25x33 I received this book as a Christmas present and, two days later, am almost finished. The photographs are wonderful and the personal comments are very interesting. You'll notice that in the first fifty pages, four children were, in some way, given away by their biological parents. It really is true that you can't judge a book by it's cover. And then again, sometimes you can.

Nophoto-f-25x33 We went to the opening at the Engelert and I just picked this up at the library. I am loving this book. I have known Peter for over 30 years and he has done a remarkable job of capturing the essence of small town Oxford. Not only are the juxtaposed photos a great idea...the stories that Bloom has added makes everything more plausible and come together. I know some of the people featuredin the book and Dan, having grown up in the Oxford area, knows even more of them. He thouroughly enjoyed it too.
