First Days vs Walking Dead

For Reading I choose the First Days. I am just not into Graphic Novels, though I try! But I love the Walking Dead on TV. They are from different perspectives really.
Are we talking about The walking dead TV show or graphic novel? If we're talking about the TV show well The As the world dies series for sure. But when it comes to the graphic novel well I don't know I liked the action and all in TWD but the characters in the As the world dies series are more interesting and realistic... Well I'll say First days just because there is no shitty TV show based on it XD
First Days! The Walking Dead books are not for me, but I do enjoy the tv program.
I've only watched the show of the walking dead and I really love it! I was pretty excited when it came out. I like to see how people are surviving day-to-day after Z-Day. especially as a long term series rather than a low budget movie.

They are a little different (one being a graphic novel, the other being a regular novel). I couldn't choose. I really, really enjoyed the Walking Dead because of the graphic nature and the gritty darkness. The First Days was,to me, more like a fun read than really in depth. Not that it is a bad thing, I quite liked how it was an easy read. Its always fun to read different perspectives on how various people write the zombie apocalypse.
Are these books only going to be a trilogy? Anyone know?

well, there is already some additional material for that trilogy I think there is already 3 untold tales books telling the stories of other characters...more

First Days definetly. I don't know if the tv show has turned me off The Walking Dead, but to me there's no comparison
I read TWD graphic novels and really enjoy them. I just finished First Days and I like it a lot, but for me the characters in First Days aren't as interesting as in TWD. Maybe because the First Days is centered around romance and loss of loved ones where TWD is a bit more about the survival and conflict with other groups of survivors. They are probably more different than many people may reaize, however.
