Diane wrote: "Post any books set in Argentina here."Diane: I have a new series of mystery novels set in South America. The second book The Ambivalent Corpse is set in Montevideo, Uruguay, Southwest Brazil, and Iguazu Falls in Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. I think it's a better mystery novel so would recommend it for being more fun to read and giving you three countries for the price of one. The first book in this series The Empanada Affair is set in the city and province of Salta in Northwest Argentina (note: adult content). The third book, "The Surreal Killer" should be published in a few months, and will take our readers to Peru (including Machu Picchu) and to Northern Chile's Atacama Desert.
A Young Wife by Pam Lewis

Vincent: Check out message #4, if you haven't already done so. I've lived in Salta and Montevideo and cite the first two books that I wrote that have some of their action taking place in B.A. Two more books since then, The Matador Murders and The Body in the Bed are set in Montevideo. Enjoy!
