I agree 100% Lauren! Those are some of my exact reasons for wanting a sequel as well. I really can't wait to start Midnight though also because he was really mysterious to me in TCWE and I just really want to know more.
I'm enjoying the story and the background of how Midnight came to become the man he is in Coldest Winter. I don't find the story as catching though-it's taking me longer to get through this book than the other.
I'm still hoping she will come out with a sequel to CWE because I would love to see how Winter develops and learns from her past actions/consequences. I also wonder at the outcome of her sisters and their subsequent choices.
I'm going to admit, this isn't a sequel to The Coldest Winter Ever. But, I like reading on how this young man and his mother come to this country, knowing no one, having nothing, started a company from the ground up and they do well for themselves. I really like the story; I tend to say it is a prequel instead of a sequel. and I like it.
Midnight isn't a sequel to The Coldest Winter ever. I haven't read it yet because I'm starting Winter now but apparently it's sort of a prequel.
I picked my copy up last week from walmart, I think I am going to have to go back and read "The Coldest Winter Ever" to refresh myself.
I haven't read Coldest Winter Ever in years. I might have to pick it up just to remember the story.I like that color. That's gorgeous.
So excited!
