1400095 a-ha! I am wondering about stenciling cloth cotton prefold diapers. Perhaps could one recommend a nice ink for doing this? I am concerned about what type of inks would work best for something that is going to go on a little baby's bum and all the busidness that entails.

Thanks. I love the book, btw. Love it.

128872 hi
sorry for the slow reply... i need to adjust my settings so that i get a notice when there's a new post!

soy ink is something you could look into for printing on diapers. that would be the safest, most eco-friendly option. i'm not sure how easy they are to find though.

i would be comfortable using regular waterbased ink too. if you wash the printed diapers before using them, any excess ink that could potentially rub off would wash away. will you be printing on the outside of the diaper only? it is probably best to keep the inside print-free no matter how safe the ink is.

it sounds like a great project! let me know how it goes, or if you have any more questions.
