I got this idea from the WONDERFUL Kelly Oram's blog post. I admit, I find it hard when reading a book to not choose a favorite male character who I would love for a boyfriend, were he real. And honestly, I'm sure you've done it too.

So: Talk about your fictional crushes here. I shall begin with my list of literary boyfriends.

1) Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice -- need I say more?
2) Ryan Miller from Being Jamie Baker
3) Gale from The Hunger Games
4) Ben from Walk Two Moons -- probably my first literary crush, although I don't think I realized it at the time.
5) Rudy from the Book Thief. I thought he was a total jerk at first, but I loved him by the end of the book.
6) The Count from The Count of Monte Cristo. He's not the most romantic of men, but he's brilliant and there's just something about him...
7) Sir Percy from The Scarlet Pimpernel. He's ridiculously romantic, and who can resist a hero?
8) Numair from Tamora Pierce's Immortals series
9) Neal from Tamora Pierce's Protector of the Small series
10) Rosto from Tamora Pierce's Beka Cooper series (I guess Tamora Pierce is good at creating male characters I like...)
