1369648 We've always been big on books but I have to admit this past summer has seen a dramatic increase in reading for both my Aspie child and myself. (Could be that we shut off cable?) However, where she is still nearly strictly non-fiction - I have taken a break from anything Autism. I think I overloaded on the topic after she was diagnosed... and I am only just getting back to being able to handle the topic again. This is not an easy thing to accept and too much of what I found in the beginning (Jan-May 2008) was about babies/todlers and it just made me feel guilty that my child didn't get diagnosed earlier.

605478 Fantasy books. My autistic sister is reading like crazy, though. More than she usually does. And not picture books either ^-^

1329531 While school is out for summer break do you find your reading to be less intense on the subject of autism?

What are you currently reading?
