What do you think of the art work in the book?

I liked the art work. I thought it was creepy and went with the theme of the book. After I would finish a chapter I would go back and look at the art work in that chapter one more time!

Lisa Vegan (LisaVegan) I enjoyed it; it did add to the book, although the words were written so vividly that it was easy to visualize the appearance of people, places & things in the book.

Nikki (nikk329) | 32 comments I specially liked the art work of the other mothers hand, it was creepy!

Elaine (readingrat) | 24 comments I agree that it added to the creepiness.

J-Lynn (JVanPelt) | 43 comments I think the artwork is a great addition to the story. The target age for the book is in a reading stage where pictures are completely appropriate. Plus, Neil Gaiman comes from the graphic novel world--I just expect pictures in his books.
