On that note, I'd like to put in another plug for giving users control over what shows up on their home page/friend update digest. It would be great to be able to select what kind of updates we get from which friends, or at least be able to prioritize friends so new info from preferred friends is on top. I know others have suggested this, but I'm mentioning it again in the hopes that it might get bumped a little higher up that list of yours ;-)

Ooh, yes, a "people who liked the books you read also liked the following books:" or even "people who read this book also liked:" feature is one of the first things I looked for when I joined up. Would love to see something like that!

To answer your question, the master list is 44 items long right now, but there is a also secondary list of good ideas that aren't on there yet.

Since you asked, here is a teaser of the top five (with technical backend stuff removed):

1. Change 'help' section to be searchable. We're committed to making our customer service the best we can!
2. Recommend a book to a friend. Recommendations go on friends profile pages.
3. Quotes. Ability to add quotes from your favorite books, to show off on your profile. Might even make a 'guess who said this' game out of it!
4. Top Secret project :)
5. People with similar books to me.

However long it is, I think they are doing a great job with the site. They are constantly adding new features and these features are implemented in such an unobtrusive manner that I don't even notice them right away. I feel like I've been on this site for years and its only been so many months. It's very addictive. So, not sure how you guys manage it all but please keep the good stuff coming! :-)

...how long IS that to-do list by now? :)
