Heather 6. The Magicians The Magicians by Lev Grossman

Interesting. It's kinda like Harry Potter and Narnia had a twisted, weird, kind of foul mouthed love child. It was fun to pick out the references to the other stories, and overall, I enjoyed it.

Heather LOVED them both!!!! I'm a teacher, and Push is something that made me want to hug my students and tell them I love them! And Ah...Chelsea Handler. I'm still thinking about that Carnival Cruise! :)

Heather - how did you like this book? I read The Senator's Wife and liked it and was thinking about this book, but hadn't picked it up yet.

Heather Connie I really liked it. It was well done. It focused on characters more than story, but she did a great job of telling the story through the characters. Very well written.
