Tell the group about yourself and how you came upon reading Erec Rex.


Hello. My name is Ashley and I am 22 years old. I'm currently in college studying to be a teacher. In my free time I love to read and write as well as other things.

I have only recently discovered this series. I am about halfway through the first book and I am loving it and look forward to reading the rest of the books.

Hello. My name's McKenzie. Though, on here, I go by Kenzie. I discovered these books when I joined Goodreads, they were requested to me by the author. I am anxiously awaiting the third book, and hope Kaza continues with the great books. I love to read and write, and, if you're interested, you can check out some of my writing here on Goodreads.

I like the Twilight books and was on twilightguy.com, which led me to kalebnation.com, which led me to Kaza Kingsley's books and blog. I read both books and really liked them.
I freely admit I have a hard time remembering names, fiction or real. Forgive me.
I'm also a young writer whose biggest problem is finishing the books she starts.

I have to say that you are awesome, Ashley! I'm enjoying reading the comments in this group.

Hi, my name is Poppy, and I'm going to translate Erec Rex series into Bahasa Indonesia. I met Kaza here at Goodreads and she told me about her books, thought I might like them since I'm also a fantasy writer.

I think our meeting was meant to be, because it turned out that the Indonesian publisher that has bought the rights for Erec Rex is the one I work for as a freelance translator/editor! And they gave me the job to translate all the series! I couldn't be happier :)

I'm in the middle of book #1 right now to give me a head start before actually translating. So I won't be reading some of the topics that have any spoilers in them :)

I'm a fantasy author ( Kaimira: The Sky Village), and I got my first look at the Erec Rex series at Book Expo America, where I got a signed copy of the first book from Kaza.

I'm thoroughly enjoying the series (I recently finished the second book, and I'm looking forward to diving in to #3).

I'm Luke. My sister introduced me to the Erec Rex books, and I absolutely LOVED them! I am very active on the Erec Rex forum (erecrex.com/forum) as Artery, and have started an Erec Rex Fansite, portodoor.com, that will be released on June 29th. We also have a podcast, Port-O-Cast, the first episode of which will be released that day.

I'm Maggie, though my username is different. I'm 14 and LOVE these books. I just finished The Search for Truth, and am looking forward to the next one a lot!
