Nophoto-u-25x33 Substitution: I just looked on Amazon.com and discovered that instead of taking only The Restaurant at the End of the Universe, I could take Douglas Adams' The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, containing all 5 of the Hitchhiker books in one volume. So substitute that for my 2nd choice above.

Nophoto-u-25x33 Wow! That's a tough one. What I'd want to take, off the top of my head, right now, would probably be different from what I'd want to take if you asked me tomorrow. For my first five, I'd say....
Satan: His Psychoanalysis and Cure by the Unfortunate Dr. Kessler, J.S.P.S. by Jeremy Leven
The Restaurant at the End of the Universe by Douglas Adams
The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by S... R... (Can't remember his name)
The Complete Works of Jane Austen
Martin Chuzzlewit by Charles Dickens
