Sounds sad. I can like some sad movies/books... but not all the time. That one just seems too melancholy.

It is at first when my sister told me about that book and she told me it was a true story i could,'t believe her. So when I read i was shocked I still can't believe something like that happend. How that kid has so much self willing power, if it was me I would of probably gave up by now.

The 1st book i read from Pam Munoz Ryan was Riding Freedom, what an amazing story. Pam had me hooked on her every since. Then i read Esperanza Rising but in spanish, then i read it in English. Haha. School thing.

Also tell your LOTRs that the Minotaur doesn't stop at one...

that is the ABSOLUTE TRUTH!
out of the mouths of babes shall come the TRUTH, hahaha! my PJs really like you, jedi master shelby. i read your quote aloud and they jumped up and down so hard they fell off the bookshelf. my LOTRs started laughing, getting all snooty and stuff, but the PJs didnt care. :P
Amelia*annabeth&percy*sittin in a tree* wrote: hahaha! i told that to my bookshelf, and The Lightning Thief was like, "oh yeah well i have a pen that is a SWORD!!" and then Sorcerer's Stone said "I have a wand!" and everybody went "..." Yeah! Well wands don't protect you very well when you're dealing with the Minotaur who will charge at you before you can say "STUPEFY!"
it annoys the crap out of me! my mom asked him to send an email to the NBC Nightly News staion or watever, and my dad was like, "If they don't have time for me, I dont have time for them." lolz
well, add that to the fact that apparently virginia never split into 2 states!!!!!! ugh!!!!! and when NBC did a thing on Route 50, they never stopped in WV!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (or so my dad told me. lolz)

lolz. i've always lived in WV. when amy moved to CO last year, when she told people she was from WV, they were like, "oh, western Virginia? i have a friend/relative who lives in Roanoke/ Richmond" or whatever. it really annoys me when people say that.
