eReader's search function does not seem to be compatible with how Goodreads configures outside links. This appears to be a change from when the link was created a year ago.I removed the nonfunctional link.
As far as I've tested, it seems to be all of them.A few examples are
Human by Choice
Perdido Street Station
The Name of the Wind
The Serpent's Shadow
With the recent changes I played a little with the "Find at" links and noticed that the one for eReader.com isn't performing a search. Instead it just takes the user to the search page on that site, giving the impression that they don't have the book.
I can't say for sure if it ever worked, I just always assumed they didn't have it and went elsewhere.
