Some of it was released on July 26, 2007 in JKR's interview with the Today show and some of it came from a live on-line webcast interview on July 30, 2007. Maybe a few things she said about some of the characters were from later.

Ginny is perfect for Harry but, JKR did release further information on Luna, along with other characters, shortly after the release of DH. Luna becomes a wizarding naturalist and marries Rolf Scamander (also a naturalist and the grandson of Newt Scamander, author of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.") Luna has twin sons named Lorcan and Lysander.
