I feel so disappointed. I can't find my link and my book Saints of Molokai still has by Mrs Maryanne Raphael and Donald Johnson who never wrote one book although he did the computer work and business work.

Wonderful interview, Sharon. I hope everyone reads it. Congratulations on your memoir. What an experience!! Will be a fascinating read.

Icould not understand message 9 That is why I asked DOn to help me figure it out but I was called away and he went into a long explanation of Create Space problem which is not needed here. Don is no longer available today but he helps me figure o ut all my computer problems. I can't find anyone's tags or how to tag anyone and I don't know my own amazon link.

Sorry we keep talking about problems. I asked my helper Don Johnson to find out what my Amazon.com link was and to help me tag everyone's books. He misunderstood me and explained what was happening with the problem and did not help me with the positive action of finding out my amazon link and how to tag books. Maryanne

Hopefully very soon things will be straightened up. They say that soon all will be fixed and the old book will be retired and the new book to take its place. Apparently once a book has been released for publication there is nothing they can do to repair their mistakes except reissue the book as new then retire the old book. Then in about 2 weeks things will filter down fixing everything. So we had to
1) reenter everything again
2) download everything again
3) argue with their accounting to get the fees transfered due to their mistake.
4) wait. . . . . and we still are waiting

by the way, this was posted by Marytanne's friend and not maryanne so any typos and spelling errors are mine and not hers.

What can I do to get Amazon.com to remove Mrs from my nname by the ad for Saints of molokai and remove the name of my busienss partner as coauthor. He has told them he did not do any of the writing. What can I do? Maryanne

When I got to your book the cover is lovely, but I looked at my books and was sick to see that Amazon has Mrs. before my author's name Maryanne Raphael and they list my business manager as a co-author. I have paid them hundreds of dollars to remove that and they still have it that way. I am so upset I can't look for tags or lists of links I am crying Maryanne

Hi Maryanne, It is easy. Go to your book page on amazon. I will show you mine as an example. Scroll down past Product Details, Past More About The Author.
You will come to Tags Customers Associate With this Product You will see where it says Your Tags and a hyperlink to add your first tag... If you are not logged in, Amazon will ask you to log in first, then it will take you back to tags. You can check the previous tags by checking the little box next to the name...or if there are no tags yet, you can add tags by typing in the space provided. Sharon, Tags are categories that one my search for when looking for a book. The more time people have clicked on certain tags for your book, the higher up in a search it will come. So, for example , one of my tags is "relationship help" , if I have 30 people select that as a tag for my book, then it is more likely to come up in a search on amazon for relationship help than a book that has less tags for "relationship help". This works for fiction as well. Tags such as ghost story or young adult or animal story or coming of age . You can select as many tags as you want for your books. Of course you want to select accurate tags to help people find your book who would actually be interested in buying it. Does that help?
