Mersina, from the description of what you're looking for, I think you would love Nalini Singh's Psy-Changeling series. Slave to Sensation is the first one.

I was look for the Black Dagger brotherhood. I looked everywhere. Working Full time, being a mother of 2 plus a wife i have no time to go to an actual book store and i refuse to get a credit card, i couldnt find to download Black Dagger anywhere for free. The list you have, when i saw the 5+ pages i thought i was in heaven!!! So i started reading book 1 of BDB :)

Emma what do you think after i finish thiss eries, what should come next. I did enjoy Vampire Academy, Twilight the young adult stuff, but being 25 you do want the Adult stuff, the sexual tension, the very forbidden, bad for you kind of love. I read the Sookie series in 8 days. I did start to read the Anita Blake series but when i finished the 1st book i felt it just wasnt for me. To Horror for me (though i did enjoy it muchly) And from what i have read so far, book one of BDB I enjoy it very much, very adulty, the sexual tention is there, the bad boy is there, there main female character which you love all is there :) So am wanting to read something that has it all, Action, Tears, Love, Loss, Sexual Tention, forbidden lovers, bad boy who goes smitten with the female character and would kill and beat anyoen to a pulp if they hurt her hmmmm that sums it up :)

Amy, I've used Booksfree, and I really liked the service. It's just that it takes some time to ship, so I don't recommend the lowest price plan, which is only two books at a time. The best values are the other plans (16.99 and up) so that you always have a book on hand. Also, if you're reading a series and you prefer to read it in order, I would recommend "locking" the order in which you receive the books because it works much like Netflix. You get whichever book is available first. So if they have a limited supply of the series you want and a higher demand, you might have to wait if series order's important to you. Otherwise, it's fantastic. If you buy books frequently (three or more per month), then it's definitely worth it.

you guys have just made my day. I download books to my Ipod and listen to them while I work..... Since I can't read all day, I might as well enjoy a book some how, RIGHT :)

You guys are awesome! This is my 1st audiobook I tried to put on my ipod and it worked! Yeah!

Sally--you have to go to http://www.randomhouse.com/bantamdell/km...

Then go to the bottom right of the page to the archives and find Chapter 1 & click on it.

Then right click on "download podcast" and choose "save link as" and save it somewhere you'll be able to find later. :)

Then go to the saved file, right click and choose "open with..." and choose itunes.

Voila, it opens in itunes and you just have to add it to your ipod.

Then do the same for the remaining 25 chapters. :)

Hey, Sally, if you right click on the links like "Prologue," etc. and choose "Save Target As..." you should be able to download it and transfer it to your player. :)

Harper Collins will frequently put around 80 pages of a book on its website for you to try before you buy (and sometimes before the book is available)... It's how I read previews all four of the Night Huntress books.

Sometimes, they post the full book. I love how the books don't require special software to peruse...
